Dear God, open a door for my message, so that I may proclaim the mystery of Christ. I pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. Colossians 4:3-4

Our Lady of the Rosary

She is also known with the title "Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary" or in spanish "María del Rosario".
The entire month of October annually is dedicated to the Holy Rosary, it is also in conjunction of the Memorial of Our Lady of the Rosary which is celebrated on 7 October annually. The Memorial of Our Lady of the Rosary was declared by Pope Leo XIII. Christian are encourage to recite the rosary during this month in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary in gratitude for the intercession and protection of the Mother of God which she gives the Church in answer to faithful prayer of the Rosary. The mysteries of the Rosary are taken from the New Testament, which focuses at great events of the Incarnation and Redemption.

The Rosary is " a compendium of the entire Gospel"
~ Pope Pius XII (papacy: 1939-1958) ~

“The Rosary, though clearly Marian in character, is at heart a Christocentric prayer. In the sobriety of its elements, it has all the depth of the Gospel message in its entirety, of which it can be said to be a compendium. It is an echo of the prayer of Mary, her perennial Magnificat for the work of the redemptive Incarnation which began in her virginal womb. With the Rosary, the Christian people sits at the school of Mary and is led to contemplate the beauty on the face of Christ and to experience the depths of his love. Through the Rosary the faithful receive abundant grace, as though from the very hands of the Mother of the Redeemer.”
~ Blessed John Paul II, apostolic letter,

"One thing is clear: Although the repeated Hail Mary is addressed directly to Mary, it is to Jesus that the act of love is ultimately directed, with her and through her."
~ Blessed John Paul II, apostolic letter,

on the Most Holy Rosary ~

The Rosary was the most favorite prayer of Blessed John Paul II, he always has his Rosary and his commitment to it is undiminished. By meditating on the great mysteries of our salvation while reciting the Rosary, may we be drawn closer and be more faithful to Jesus and Mary. While we pray the rosary, we are actually adoring Mary the Mother of God and also our mother, and speak to her making known to her as follows :
~ our hopes
~ our pain and sorrow
~ declaring our willingness to accept God's plan
~ promising faithfulness to her son, Jesus and her in all circumstances
~ protection

All the above mention, will be granted through her intercesion to Jesus Christ her Son by our faithful prayer of the Rosary. Everytime the Rosary is said, we are actually repeating the angelical salutation of St.Gabriel the Archangel, "Hail (Mary) full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou amongst women" (Luke 1:28) . When we recite, "and blessed is the fruit of thy womb (Jesus)" (Luke 1:42), which was the greeting by St. Elizabeth. Thus, the Hail Mary is a very beautiful and powerful prayer, and the Blessed Virgin Mary glorifies the Lord as in the scripture "My soul glorifies the Lord" (Luke 1:46), and this happens each time the Hail Mary is recited faithfully and whole-heartedly.

"The holy Rosary is a powerful weapon. Use it with confidence and you will be amazed at the results."
St Josemaria Escriva.

"Develop a lively devotion for Our Mother. She knows how to respond in a most sensitive way to the presents we give her.
What is more, if you say the Holy Rosary every day, with a spirit of faith and love, Our Lady will make sure she leads you very far along her Son's path."
St Josemaria Escriva.

"The Holy Rosary: the joys, the sorrows, and the glories of the life of Our Lady weave a crown of praises, repeated ceaselessly by the Angels and the Saints in Heaven–and by those who love our Mother here on earth.
Practice this holy devotion every day, and spread it."
St Josemaria Escriva.

"Upon this living fabric of our Christian faith are woven in the vocal prayers, like jewels. Some are of divine composition: Our Father..., Hail Mary..., Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. There is as well that crown of praise to God and to our Mother, the Holy Rosary, and then so many other acclamations, full of devotion, that fellow Christians, our brothers in the faith, have recited from the very earliest times."
St Josemaria Escriva.

"...What are the Hail Mary and the Angelus if not loving praises of her divine Motherhood? And when we say the Holy Rosary, which is a wonderful devotion which I will never tire of recommending to Christians everywhere, our minds and hearts go over the mysteries of Mary's admirable life which are, at the same time, the fundamental mysteries of our faith."
St Josemaria Escriva.
