Holy Name of Mary

Ave Ave Ave Maria, Ave Ave Ave Maria.

Feast celebrated on the 12 September annually.
 
Mary, the daughter of Joachim and Anne was chosen to be the mother of our Saviour Jesus Christ . . .We pray to our Mother and Queen with full of love, confidence and trust in reciting the Hail Mary, Hail Holy Queen, Queen of Heaven, ......, we honor and praise her most Holy Name "MARY". Through the Mother to Son, because God also use Mary as his holy instrument to deliver his only begotten Son Jesus Christ to us. Jesus came so that through his passion, death and ressurection, in order to take away our sins whilst giving us abundance of grace.  The flesh and blood of Jesus Christ (the sacrement of the Holy Eucharist), was conceived through the blessed womb of Mary. All this was possible through God's marriage with men by the power of the holy spirit, through Mary.  This is the reason, why when we pray to Mary "Hail Mary full of Grace,...." with all our heart, we will receive the abundance of grace through Mary.
 
At the Wedding at Cana, Mary tells the stewarts "Do whatever he tells you"  (Jn 2:5), such an instruction requires faith in Jesus. Therefore this words are also for all of us who proclaims Jesus Christ as our Saviour and Redeemer.  
 
Our mother nurtures our faith, and shows us her Sons glory which magnifies our faith, love and trust in Jesus Christ her Son.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you.
Blessed are you among women
and blest is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now
and at the hour of death. Amen.

Mother of Mercy.

Hail, Our Life,

our sweetness

and our hope!

To thee do we cry,

poor banished children of Eve;

to thee do we send up our sighs,

mourning and weeping

in this vale of tears.

Turn then,

O most gracious Advocate,

thine eyes of mercy towards us

and after this our exile

show unto us

the blessed fruit of thy womb,

That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

 

O God, Whose, only-begotten Son,

meditating upon these Mysteries

of the Most Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary,

we may imitate what they contain

and obtain what they promise,

through the same Christ our Lord.
