faithful servant, and friend of Jesus, 

God has granted you the privilege 

of aiding in hopeless and desperate cases. 

I am in need of your compassion! 

I implore you; come to my aid 

and intercede on my behalf. 

Amen.

May the Sacred Heart of Jesus 

be adored, glorified, loved 

and preserved now and forever. 

Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on us. 

St. Jude worker of miracles, pray for us.
