Prayer during Worries and Anxieties

1 Peter 5:7
Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

Prayer

Merciful God, we thank You for Your concern about us, always and in everything. We praise You and thank You for Your abundant Love.
Lord Jesus, into Your mighty hands, I surrender all that I do, the longings of my heart and all that I hope for.

Matthew 11:28-30

²⁸“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. ²⁹Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. ³⁰For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Our Mother of Perpetual Help

O Mother of Perpetual Help, grant me ever to be able to call upon thy powerful name, since thy name is the help of the living and the salvation of the dying. Ah, Mary most pure, Mary most sweet, grant that thy name from this day forth may be to me the very breath of life. Dear Lady, delay not to come to my assistance whenever I call upon thee; for in all the temptations that assail me, in all the necessities that befall me, I will never leave off calling upon thee, ever repeating: Mary, Mary. What comfort, what sweetness, what confidence, what tenderness fills my soul at the sound of thy name, at the very thought of thee! and Saint Jude worker of miracles

and helper of impossible causes

pray for me.

Saint Expedite, Saint of urgent causes.

Saint Edwiges the Saint of the needy,

you know how desperate I feel,

please ask Jesus to help me.

May the Sacred Heart of Jesus

be adored and glorified for ever.

Pray 1 Our Father, Hail Mary,

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son,

and to the Holy Spirit.

As it was in the beginning,

is now, and ever shall be,

world without end. Amen.
