burning with love for us and for our salvation,
we come before You with hearts that hunger
in so many ways.
In Your holy will, we find our hope and our peace.
You know our emptiness, Lord
our deepest longings,
the hunger of our bodies,
and the restless yearning of our souls.
You see the silent ache within us
for peace, for healing, for joy,
for a better life, and for lives made whole.
Fill us, O Lord, with what truly satisfies.
Feed us with Your mercy in our weakness,
comfort us with Your presence in our trials,
heal us in our wounds,
and calm every storm within our hearts.
Satisfy our hunger for true and lasting love.
Satisfy our hunger for family, unity, and peace.
Satisfy our hunger for daily bread—
for food, shelter, and clothing.
Satisfy our hunger for justice and vindication.
Satisfy our hunger for joy, hope, and unwavering faith.
Satisfy our hunger for holiness and a life pleasing to You.
Satisfy our needs for provision—
bless us with success, stability,
and the means to live with dignity.
Sacred Heart of Jesus,
be our peace in chaos,
our light in darkness,
and our hope in every uncertainty.
Bless the work of our hands,
open doors of opportunity and provision,
and let true happiness take root
in our homes and in our hearts.
Teach us to trust You more deeply,
to rest securely in Your love,
and to know with confidence
that in You, we shall never be in want.
Even in our need for employment, Lord,
we trust that You will provide in Your perfect time.
O Heart of Jesus, gentle and humble,
make our hearts like Yours—
full of peace,
overflowing with love.
