Feast and Novena of Saint Anthony 2016 ~ Church of St.Anthony ~ Kuala Lumpur

On Friday, 10 June, 
we will begin the Feast of St. Anthony Novena. 
May the Lord give us a glorious feast of St. Anthony

Friday, 10 June, 7:00pm: Hoisting of St. Anthony’s Flag Jesus Christ manifested in St. Anthony as a Model of Obedience.

Saturday, 11 June, 7:30pm: Jesus Christ manifested in St. Anthony as having Divine Knowledge and foresight.

Sunday, 12 June, 7:30am (Tamil) 9:30am (English) 12:15pm (BM) 6:00pm: Jesus Christ manifested in St. Anthony as the great Proclaimer of the Gospel for the spread of the faith.

Monday, 13 June, 11:00am: Anointing of the Sick (Feast of St. Anthony) 7:30pm: Jesus Christ manifested in St. Anthony as enduring persecution for Christ’s sake.

Tuesday, 14 June, 7:30pm: Jesus Christ manifested in St. Anthony as by anointed Preaching and example.

Wednesday, 15 June, 7:30pm: Jesus Christ manifested in St. Anthony as by His prayers and perseverance.

Thursday, 16 June, 7:30pm: Jesus Christ manifested in St. Anthony as the Lily of purity.

Friday, 17 June, 7:30pm: Jesus Christ manifested in St. Anthony as a worker of miracles Chosen to Glorify God.

Saturday, 18 June, 10.00am: St. Anthony as faithfully representing Christ in all things 5.30pm: Feast Celebration Mass & Candlelight Procession.

Sunday, 19 June, 7.30am (Tamil) 9.30am (English) 12.15pm (BM) (Lowering of St. Anthony’s Flag) St. Anthony as faithfully representing Christ in all things.

  • No 6.45am Mass during this period.
  • Novena / prayers to St. Anthony begins 15 minutes before Mass
  • Mass intentions can be made 30 minutes before Mass at the entrance of the Church.
