Luke 8:19-21 19 Then his mother and his brothers came to him, but they could not reach him for the crowd. 20 And he was told, "Your mother and your brothers are standing outside, desiring to see you." 21 But he said to them, "My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God and do it." Who do you love and cherish the most? God did not intend for us to be alone, but to be with others. He gives us many opportunities for developing relationships with family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Why does Jesus seem to ignore his own relatives when they pressed to see him? His love and respect for his mother and his relatives is unquestionable. Jesus never lost an opportunity to teach his disciples a spiritual lesson and truth about the kingdom of God. On this occasion when many gathered to hear Jesus he pointed to another higher reality of relationships, namely our relationship with God and with those who belong to God. What is the essence of being a Christian? It is certainly more than doctrine, precepts, and commandments. It is first and foremost a relationship - a relationship of trust, affection, commitment, loyalty, faithfulness, kindness, thoughtfulness, compassion, mercy, helpfulness, encouragement, support, strength, protection, and so many other qualities that bind people together in mutual love and unity. God seeks a personal intimate relationship with each one of us God offers us the greatest of relationships - union of heart, mind, and spirit with himself, the very author and source of love (1 John 4:8,16). God's love never fails, never forgets, never compromises, never lies, never lets us down nor disappoints us. His love is consistent, unwavering, unconditional, unrelenting and unstoppable. There is no end to his love. Nothing in this world can make him leave us, ignore us, or withhold from us his merciful love and care (Romans 8:31-39). He will love us no matter what. It is his nature to love. That is why he created us - to be united with him and to share in his love (1 John 3:1). God is a trinity of divine persons - one in being with the eternal Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - and a community of undivided love. God made us in his image and likeness (Genesis 1:26,27) to be a people who are free to choose what is good, loving, and just and to reject whatever is false and contrary to his love and righteousness (moral goodness). That is why Jesus challenged his followers, and even his own earthly relatives, to recognize that God is the true source of all relationships. God wants all of our relationships to be rooted in his love and goodness. God is like the father who yearns for his prodigal son to return home and then throws a great party for his son when he has a change of heart and comes back (Luke 15:11-32). 

Jesus offered up his life on the cross for our sake, so that we could be forgiven and restored to unity and friendship with God. It is through Jesus that we become the adopted children of God - his own sons and daughters. That is why Jesus told his disciples that they would have many new friends and family relationships in his kingdom. Whoever does the will of God is a friend of God and a member of his family - his sons and daughters who have been ransomed by the precious blood of Jesus Christ.

Through Jesus Christ we become brothers and sisters - members of God's family

Home flooded - prayer needed, Lord in time of distress, hear us and grant your miraculous help

The state of Penang in Malaysia was badly hit by flash-flood over the last weekend due to heavy rain downpour which started since 4th November mid-day, and continue till Sunday morning. Rain became heavier at about 2am Sunday early morning and with strong wind bring down trees, road signs and blowing of roofs. My house was also badly hit with water level raising above the knee. The flood water entered and rose very fast, therefore making it difficult for me to salvage and move thing higher. Many item were badly damage like wall in-built power outlets, electrical appliances, furniture, kitchen equipment and mattresses. The rain had stop and water subside, but the water level at river has not subsided and sea is high. Sky and weather does look that promising and I am worried the flood may come again if it rains heavily again. Please pray for me and all those effected by the flood that everything will be normal again and help will come to help replace/cover the lost and damage. I truly believe when we pray together for the same cause, he is with us and miracles will happen as the Lord has said “ For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them." In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray, hope, trust, and believe. Amen.

My sheep hear my voice

How secure is your faith and trust in God? Scripture describes God’s word as a "lamp for our feet and a light for our steps" (Psalm 119:105). The Jewish Feast of the Dedication is also called the Festival of Lights or Hanakkuh. This feast was held in late December, near the time when Christians celebrate the feast of Christmas. This is the time of year when the day is shortest and the night longest. Jesus used this occasion to declare that he is the true light of the world (John 8:12). In his light we can see who God truly is and we can find the true path to heaven.

Jesus speaks of the tremendous trust he has in God his Father and the tremendous trust we ought to have in him because he is our good shepherd (John 10:11). Sheep without a shepherd are defenseless against prey, such as wolves, and often get lost and bewildered without a guide. That is why shepherds literally live with their sheep out in the open field and mountain sides. The shepherd guards his sheep from the dangers of storms, floods, and beasts of prey. The shepherd leads his sheep to the best places for feeding and the best streams for drinking. He finds the best place for their rest and safety at night. The sheep recognize the voice of their shepherd and heed his call when he leads them to safe pasture and rest.

We are very much like sheep who stray, we become easy prey to forces which can destroy us - sin, Satan, and a world in opposition to God and his people. The Lord Jesus came not only to free us from Satan's snares and the grip of sin, he came to personally lead us to the best of places where we can feed on his "word of life" and drink from the "living waters" of his Holy Spirit. The sheep who heed the voice of Jesus, the good shepherd, have no fear. He leads them to the best of places - everlasting peace, joy, and fellowship with God and his people.

In this present life we will encounter trials, difficulties, and persecution. We can face them alone or we can follow Jesus, the true shepherd, who will bring us safely through every difficulty to the place of peace and security with God. Do you listen to the voice of the Good Shepherd and heed his commands?

Dearest Mother Mary, hear my cries, intercede and pray with Jesus for me, forsake me not but have mercy on sinner like me

Dearest Mother Mary, you are highly favoured by God since your conception in your mother’s St. Anne’s womb to keep you free from all stain of original sin in preparation of you to be the mother of His only son Jesus Christ our Saviour. You are known of your miraculous intercession and prayer to Jesus, I and many have felt and received your miraculous power through Jesus having our petitions answered. Therefore, I who is currently going through storms in my life, and in need of your power intercession and prayer in overcoming the difficulties that I have been facing for several months which have become beyond my means and require urgent help. I have been diagnosed to be suffering from severe OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea) whereby my sleep at night is disrupted over 600 times/8hours caused by obstruction of the upper airway (windpipe) when the throat muscles intermittently relax (repetitive pauses) and block my airway during sleep, despite the effort to breathe, and is usually associated with a reduction in blood oxygen saturation. And now I need to buy CPAP machine (continuous positive airway pressure) which cost RM5600~RM5800 to use every night to ensure my airways is always open for breathing. I am also have financial difficulties where I have backlogs with the banks and some people, which I unable solve due to the sum is huge and these people are chasing me each and every day, making me even more worried. Therefore, I put all my trust, hope and believe in the hands of God and your son Jesus, I know I am a sinner and may they show their mercy upon me, and do not let me be put to shame or disgrace but saved and restore me. Only miracle from Jesus by the will of the Father in Heaven can heal and provide for my solution to the above mess that I have caused in my life. I want and vow to change my ways and character for the better, by the help from Jesus and the Father through your intercession and prayer, dearest Mother Mary. As a human, I feel so hopeless, impossible, desperate and worried, I urgently need your miraculous intercession and prayer, which I truly believe will be answered, and the help needed soon come from Jesus with the will of Father. I am confident as whatever a mother asks of her son, he will not reject. The best self-preservation is to commit ourselves to God's keeping. I am one whom thou favourest, hast set apart for thyself, and made partaker of sanctifying grace. It is a great encouragement to prayer, to feel that we have received the converting grace of God, have learned to trust in him, and to be his servants. We may expect comfort from God, when we keep up our communion with God. God's goodness appears in two things, in giving and forgiving.

Hear O' Lord, it is I Your servant crying and begging for Your Help

Dear Lord, 

I am going through financial difficultly, 

and out of desperateness I cry to you O' Lord 

to help me in this urgent need 

and all those in similar situation as me. 

Lord, things have become worst 

as now my dad has just pass on 

and called back by You to Your home, 

I now grief more each day missing my dad 

who was my right hand and support in my troubles. 

I know Lord, I have sinned and am a sinner, 

have mercy on me Lord. 

I am only human at times, 

I am unable control my human senses. 

I know Lord, you are full of love and mercy, 

your compassion and empathy is infinite. 

Therefore, Lord Jesus

that by Your miraculous wonder,

LORD, Hear my Shout and Cry for HELP .... I am in desperate need and I know You will Provide

Hear my prayer, O Lord;

let my cry come to you!

Do not hide your face from me

in the day of my distress!

Incline your ear to me;

answer me speedily in the day when I call!

Lord, I need to attain a large sum which is beyond my own capability urgently by Friday. I realise that this amount is not small Lord and I am unable to raise it myself by Friday. I have no means Lord, but I truly believe Lord that only You have the power and might to grant me the miracle I need. What is impossible for me, is possible for You my Lord. I desperately need the money to settle some backlog financial debts. I have delay them for sometime but I can't postpone it any more as I have committed to the parties involved that I will settle it by today. I know Lord, I am a sinner and am only human, HAVE MERCY on me. all these are due to my mistakes. Lord, You have always been by my side especially in my lowest times. Come Lord, and GRANT me your healing from this situation which I am in urgent need of a solution. I repent Lord for all my sin, please forgive me Lord, and command your angels to come today an LIFT me out of this situation and saves me. Lord, Father in Heaven, I am asking You for this great favour, in the name of Your son JESUS and I truly believe and trust that in accordance of Your will You will grant my request, soon today. AMEN.

Please believe me!. I am a GOD fearing and trusting person. In JESUS name whatever I wrote above is all true. All I am doing is to attain the amount needed but I am unable do it myself in a short time. I am struggling every day to make ends-meet. Time is of the essence because I do not have long as these situation has affected my live, my work and well being, there are no ways to overcome these problems except only a miracle from God can save me now. JESUS, I your servant cry in desperateness, come Lord have mercy on a sinner like me and heal me. I truly believe and trust Lord, that by Your Word, I am Heal. PLEASE, give ONE LAST CHANCE fix my mistakes and repent, thus I am able to build back myself to establish a righteous budgeting/financial habits, providing financial and life the peace and security it needs.

If someone out there (a good Samaritan) with the financial ability would grant me some assistance in form of loan, which I promises to repay back in instalments. I really need the funds desperately and urgently. Come JESUS, HEAR my prayer, my cries and GRANT my needs

Lord, I thank you for all that You

have done for me, given me, 

all that I have and also that I don't have. 

Lord Jesus, now  again I seek Your Mercy and Empathy

towards a sinner like me,

in these times of desperate and urgent need.

I truly believe and trust,

that You know the financial hardship and difficulties

not forgetting my several health problems  

that I am going through these very moment.

Jesus, I surrender all to You 

and all my Hope is in You alone, my Saviour.

I am confident that You 

will hear my cries of Help

and will Grant the Miracle I desperately need 

which is in accordance with the Will of God the Father.

In Your Name Jesus, I dare to say and request 

all the above and believe it will be all answered.

Dear Sweet Divine Infant Jesus, I pray for a miraculous favour from You that to heal me from my financial woes. I trust and believe that by Your miraculous words, I will be healed from my financial adversities soon, I need Your miraculous help urgently. O Jesus, Who has said, "Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened," through the intercession of Mary, Your Most Holy Mother, I knock, I seek, I ask that my prayer be granted. Therefore, Infant Jesus, I am not asking to be rich but to be able to attain the amount sufficient to get through these pressing times, to be able to change myself and lead a normal debt free moderate life.
