Storms in our lives, never give up, put all hope and trust in God. Seek Him and Call upon Him

Trials and difficulty are the storms in our life and will happen in our lives from the day we are born and breathed our first breath, as in the Job 14:1-2, "Mortals, born of woman, are of few days and full of trouble. They spring up like flowers and wither away, like fleeting shadows, they do not endure."

There are 3 stages in the storm of life.
1. Those are heading into the storm, trying to avoid it but are sucked into it.
2. Those in midst of the storm, fighting our lives to overcome and get out of it.
3. Those survive out of the storm, thanking God, smiling and victorious over the storm.

When we realise that we are heading towards a storm that is beyond our avoidance, we should call upon the Lord as we love Him and trust in His will as He is our creator, "I will rescue him, I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him, I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honour him." (Psalm 91:14-15).

When we experience our storms of life. In these times we seek God and cry out to Him for His mercy, "Have mercy on me, O God, have mercy on me, for in you my soul takes refuge. I will take refuge in the shadow of your wings until the disaster has passed" (Psalm 57:1) and again when they cried, He save them, "they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress." (Psalm 107:28).

Trust, and get on my knees, and cry out to the Lord as David did, God is always faithful and steadfast in our storms, "He sends from heaven and saves me, rebuking those who hotly pursue me, God sends forth his love and his faithfulness." (Psalm 53:3). God works all His wonders through Jesus His Son, find Jesus above your storms, seek Him and ask Him to pray for you to the His Father God. God is in the storm with us. You’re in the storm with His presence and you’re in the storm for his purpose, therefore He will bring you out of the storm.

God has promise that He will be with us and to deliver us in our storms, "For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear, I will help you." (Isaiah 41:13). Again God promises, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, the flames will not set you ablaze." (Isaiah 43:2). God has a blessing for you even in the midst of your storms!

On overcoming and surviving our storms, we must thank, praise and glory the Lord for all He has done, as it is by His will we are saved, "I will praise you, Lord, among the nations, I will sing of you among the peoples. For great is your love, reaching to the heavens, your faithfulness reaches to the skies." (Psalm 57:9-10)

"Praise You In This Storm"
~ Casting Crowns ~

I was sure by now
God You would have reached down
And wiped our tears away
Stepped in and saved the day
But once again, I say "Amen", and it's still raining

As the thunder rolls
I barely hear Your whisper through the rain
"I'm with you"
And as Your mercy falls
I raise my hands and praise the God who gives
And takes away

[Chorus:]
And I'll praise You in this storm
And I will lift my hands
For You are who You are
No matter where I am
And every tear I've cried
You hold in Your hand
You never left my side
And though my heart is torn
I will praise You in this storm

I remember when
I stumbled in the wind
You heard my cry to you
And you raised me up again
My strength is almost gone
How can I carry on
If I can't find You

But as the thunder rolls
I barely hear You whisper through the rain
"I'm with you"
And as Your mercy falls
I raise my hands and praise the God who gives
And takes away

[Chorus]

I lift my eyes unto the hills
Where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord
The Maker of Heaven and Earth

[Chorus x2]

The Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity (Trinity Sunday) ~ 31 May, 2015

"O Most Holy Trinity, I adore You!
My God, my God, I love You
in the Most Blessed Sacrament!"
Prayer taught to Lucia, Jacinta, and Francesco
by the Angel of Peace at Fatima

.... the mystery of the Holy Trinity renews the Christian mission
of living in communion with God and others ....... and
the Church is called to build an ecclesial community
“that is more and more a family.”
He called on the faithful
to entrust themselves to the Blessed Virgin Mary,
“who more than any other creature has known, adored, and loved
the mystery of the Most Holy Trinity.”
~*~ Pope Francis ~*~

Shine, Jesus, shine,

fill this land with the Father’s glory.
Blaze, Spirit, blaze,
set out hearts on fire.

A week after the Descend of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost Sunday, we now honour the Holy Trinity, the three persons of God, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit who are all equally God, and cannot be divided. The Holy Trinity is the most fundamental belief of Christians. The Father is the first Divine Person, the Son is the second Divine Person, begotten from the nature of the Father from eternity, and the Holy Spirit is the third Divine Person, proceeding from the Father and the Son.

God is a Triune God.

God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
All three are One Person
and Completely God.
All three is of the same nature, same substance,
and same being.

The mystery of the Most Holy Trinity is the central mystery of the Christian faith and of Christian life. God alone can make it known to us by revealing himself as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. ~ ccc 261

"Now this is the Catholic faith: We worship one God in the Trinity and the Trinity in unity, without either confusing the persons or dividing the substance; for the person of the Father is one, the Son's is another, the Holy Spirit's another; but the Godhead of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit is one, their glory equal, their majesty coeternal" (Athanasian Creed: DS 75; ND 16). ~ ccc 266

When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father—the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father—he will testify about me. ~ John 15:26

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. ~ 2 Corinthians 13:14

God our Father, who by sending into the world the Word of truth and the Spirit of sanctification made known to the human race your wondrous mystery, grant us, we pray, that in profession the true faith, we may acknowledge the Trinity of eternal glory and adore your Unity, powerful in majesty. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Reading 1
Deuteronomy 4:32-34, 39-40
Moses said to the people:
"Ask now of the days of old, before your time,
ever since God created man upon the earth;
ask from one end of the sky to the other:
Did anything so great ever happen before?
Was it ever heard of?
Did a people ever hear the voice of God
speaking from the midst of fire, as you did, and live?
Or did any god venture to go and take a nation for himself
from the midst of another nation,
by testings, by signs and wonders, by war,
with strong hand and outstretched arm, and by great terrors,
all of which the LORD, your God,
did for you in Egypt before your very eyes?
This is why you must now know,
and fix in your heart, that the LORD is God
in the heavens above and on earth below,
and that there is no other.
You must keep his statutes and commandments that I enjoin on you today,
that you and your children after you may prosper,
and that you may have long life on the land
which the LORD, your God, is giving you forever."

Responsorial Psalm

Psalm 33:4-5, 6, 9, 18-19, 20, 22
R. Blessed the people the Lord has chosen to be his own.
Upright is the word of the LORD,
and all his works are trustworthy.
He loves justice and right;
of the kindness of the Lord the earth is full.
R. Blessed the people the Lord has chosen to be his own.
By the word of the LORD the heavens were made;
by the breath of his mouth all their host.
For he spoke, and it was made;
he commanded, and it stood forth.
R. Blessed the people the Lord has chosen to be his own.
See, the eyes of the LORD are upon those who fear him,
upon those who hope for his kindness,
To deliver them from death
and preserve them in spite of famine.
R. Blessed the people the Lord has chosen to be his own.
Our soul waits for the LORD,
who is our help and our shield.
May your kindness, O LORD, be upon us
who have put our hope in you.
R. Blessed the people the Lord has chosen to be his own.

Reading 2
Romans 8:14-17
Brothers and sisters:
For those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.
For you did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear,
but you received a Spirit of adoption,
through whom we cry, “Abba, Father!”
The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit
that we are children of God,
and if children, then heirs,
heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ,
if only we suffer with him
so that we may also be glorified with him.

Alleluia
R. Alleluia, alleluia.
Glory to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit;
to God who is, who was, and who is to come.
R. Alleluia, alleluia.

Gospel
Matthew 28:16-20
The eleven disciples went to Galilee,
to the mountain to which Jesus had ordered them.
When they all saw him, they worshiped, but they doubted.
Then Jesus approached and said to them,
"All power in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father,
and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit,
teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.

And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age."

Pentecost Sunday ~ 24 May 2015

10 days after the Ascension of Jesus Christ comes Pentecost Sunday and it commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the disciples of Jesus Christ. Pentecost also marks the end of the season of Easter. Pentecost fulfills Jesus' promise to send the "Counselor, the Spirit of Truth". Pentecost is also known as "the birthday of the Church".

“I baptise you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptise you with the Holy Spirit and fire. ~ Matthew 3:11

When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them. ~ Acts 2:1-4

Gospel
John 15:26-27; 16:12-15
Jesus said to his disciples:
“When the Advocate comes whom I will send you from the Father,
the Spirit of truth that proceeds from the Father,
he will testify to me.
And you also testify,
because you have been with me from the beginning.

“I have much more to tell you, but you cannot bear it now.
But when he comes, the Spirit of truth,
he will guide you to all truth.
He will not speak on his own,
but he will speak what he hears,
and will declare to you the things that are coming.
He will glorify me,
because he will take from what is mine and declare it to you.
Everything that the Father has is mine;
for this reason I told you that he will take from what is mine
and declare it to you.”

Holy Spirit Fall On Me
by David Cooper

Holy Spirit fall on me
Holy Spirit set me free
You take my hand and lead me in His ways
And all I have to do is call Your name

Holy Spirit fall on me
Holy Spirit set me free
You take my mouth and lead me as I pray
Show me how my life can fan Your flame

Holy Spirit comfort me
As I serve You willingly
You take my life and change me more each day
Lead me as I walk the Saviour's way

Thank you Lord, Thank you Mother Mary

O God, we thank you
for giving us such a wonderful Mother.
A Mother to understand us.
A Mother to be with us.
A Mother to take all our tears,
all our problems, all our sins,
all our sufferings to Jesus.
Mother Mary, pray for us at all times.
And together with you, Mother,
we want to go to Jesus.
Amen.

Thank you JESUS,
Praise you JESUS.

Praise the Lord.
Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
his love endures forever.
Who can proclaim the mighty acts of the Lord
or fully declare his praise?

Consecration To The Immaculate Heart of the Queen of Peace

I love you as you love me;
I want to love you with all my strength to be.

I love you!
I want to love you with all my heart;
I want to love you so much we will never part.
I love you with all my soul and mind;
I want to love you with all the hope, faith,
and joy I can find.

I love you!
I want to love you beyond the most beautiful word;
I want to love you with the greatest symphony
of music that can be heard.

I love you!
I love you more than all the angels;
I want to love you more than anything created;
I want to love you as far as the Heavens can see;
and I want you to know that it comes all from me!

Trust and Believe in Jesus

Matthew 9:20-22
Just then a woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak. She said to herself, “If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.”
Jesus turned and saw her. “Take heart, daughter,” he said, “your faith has healed you.” And the woman was healed at that moment.

“If I just touch his clothes, I will be healed.” ~ Mark 5:28
Being concious of the grace of Jesus,
the woman came and touch Him,
and her trust in Him healed her.

When the woman saw His grace, God saw her faith! And so it was by grace, through faith, that God’s promise became sure in her life.

JESUS will show that same kindness and compassion to us, if we will only place your faith in Him and surrender all to Him. JESUS is the Good Shepherd and He truly cares for His sheep. At our lowest times, He will lift and carry us.

Repented of your sins and trust in JESUS, the Son of God who died for our sins on the cross, and He has risen and ascended into the heaven to His kingdom, He will come again.

God can change what seems unchangeable,
giving new purpose and hope.

“For by grace are you saved through faith.”

One hundred days has passed, yet still missing you ....

It has been 100 days today
since my father left us to be with the Lord.
I really MISS you, my dearest father.

A beautiful life that came to an end,
He died as He lived, everyone's friend.
In our hearts a memory will always be kept,
Of one we loved, and will never forget.

Lord, God, I entrust my father to your mercy.
You loved him greatly in this life,
now that he is freed from all its cares,
give him happiness and peace for ever.

Welcome him now into paradise
where there will be no more sorrow,
no more weeping or pain,
but only peace and joy with Jesus your Son,
and the Holy Spirit forever.

It was You, O God,
Who commanded us to honour our parents.
In Your kindness have mercy
on the soul of my father,
and forgive him of his sins.
Grant that we may see him again
in the brightness of Your everlasting glory.
We ask this through Your Son,
our Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon him.
May he rest in peace.
Amen.

May his soul,
and the souls of all the faithful departed,
through the mercy of God,
rest in peace.
Amen.

The Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of May

Hail Virgin, dearest Mary!
Our lovely Queen of May!
O spotless, blessed Lady,
Our lovely Queen of May.
Your children, humbly bending,
Surround your shrine ...

The month of May dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of God. Mary is the one who brings us Jesus, the second person of the Trinity. Precious and powerful is the rosary devotion to our Mother Mary to Catholics and yet, it is neglected by many. In order for we Catholics to give proper devotion to Mary, that devotion must be into practice in our day to day life. She as our model in Christian life. During this month we, our families, church community (BEC) recite the rosary of the the Blessed Virgin Mary as we consecrate our hearts and our homes to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

May is the month of Mary and that October is the month of the Rosary.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary, resounds with the frequent repetition of praises in honour of the High Queen of Heaven!

Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with thee;
blessed are thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

May we be assisted, we beseech Thee, O Lord,
by the worshipful intercession of
Thy glorious Mother, the ever-Virgin Mary;
that we, who have been enriched by her perpetual blessings,
may be delivered from all dangers,
and through her loving kindness
made to be one heart and mind:
who livest and reignest world without end.
Amen.

"The Rosary is a powerful weapon to put the demons to flight and to keep oneself from sin…If you desire peace in your hearts, in your homes, and in your country, assemble each evening to recite the Rosary. Let not even one day pass without saying it, no matter how burdened you may be with many cares and labours." ~ Pope Pius XI

"Some people are so foolish that they think they can go through life without the help of the Blessed
Mother. Love the Madonna and pray the rosary, for her Rosary is the weapon against the evils of the
world today. All graces given by God pass through the Blessed Mother." ~ St. Padre Pio

"Among all the devotions approved by the Church none has been so favoured by so many miracles as the devotion of the Most Holy Rosary" ~ Pope Pius IX

Whatever we do, let us do “everything through Mary, with Mary, in Mary, and for Mary, in order to do it more perfectly through Jesus, with Jesus, in Jesus, and for Jesus.” (True Devotion, n. 257)

God's Will is always for the BEST

GOD can RAISE someone
from NOTHING into SOMETHING
and vice-versa.
GOD is the one who created us
in our mother's womb,
and He knows what's BEST for us.
Whatever His will may be,
it is always for our BEST.
And I say AMEN
to whatever His Will may be for me.

Jeremiah 29:11-14
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the Lord, “and will bring you back from captivity. I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you,” declares the Lord, “and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile.”

Mother Mary, pray and intercede for me

Dearest Mother Mary, please prayer and intercede to your son Jesus on my behalf. I am currently going through tough and difficult times, especially in desperate need of urgent help my financial. Thing are beyond my control but I believe for your son Jesus there is nothing impossible or beyond Him. I truly praying for a miracle from Jesus through the will of God the Father. Therefore, I implore your intercession for miracle from your son and by the will of the Father, that my petition is heard and answer. I am truly confident as Jesus has always listen to you his beloved mother, may your prayers and intercession for me, be granted a similar miracle like in the wedding of Cana. Whatever may be the will of God the Father through His son JESUS, I say AMEN to it. Mother Mary please PRAY for me and all those who invoke thy aid.
